Can I return something I have ordered?
Yes, when you purchase an item online, you have 28 days from when you receive your order to change your mind and request an exchange or a refund. Goods must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
I’ve received an incorrect or damaged item. What’s next?
All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch, however sometimes goods may become damaged during transit. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the issue you are having with your order. We may need you to send us a photograph of the damaged item or return the item to us. We will advise you on this when you email us.
What should I do to return an item?
If you would need to return an item contact us on email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return so we can begin the return process. Once we receive your items back in their original condition (as above) we will issue your refund or send you a replacement. We will stay in contact with you so you are up to date during this process.

How should I send my return?
Your items for return can be sent via An Post or a courier of your choice to the above address. We do not cover the cost of shipping if you are returning an item due to a change of mind. We will cover the cost of shipping in the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item. We will advise you on this when you contact us.
